AREBT National Conference, 2025

Welcome to the Association for Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (AREBT) National Conference, 2026. This year the conference theme is:

From Surviving to Thriving: A Rational Emotive Behaviour Approach

The conference will focus on how REBT continues to evolve while remaining grounded in first principles. This includes therapy and coaching domains.

This virtual conference will be held on Tuesday 1st to Wednesday 2nd December, 2026.

Conference keynotes and papers will be held on Day 1. On Day 2 we will be holding workshops.
